At COMSATS University Islamabad, Abbottabad Campus (CUIATD), every faculty member, officer, staff member, and student is provided with an official CUIATD.EDU.PK user account. This account ensures secure access to university email services, academic resources, and IT-enabled platforms. To activate your account, please follow the process outlined below.
Steps to Apply for a User Account
1. Download the User Account Request Form
- The account request form can be downloaded from the following link.
- Alternatively, a printed copy can be obtained directly from the ISP Office (K-Block).
2. Fill Out the Form Completely
- Enter your full name, designation/roll number, department, and contact details.
- Ensure all mandatory fields are accurately filled.
- Incomplete or incorrect forms may cause delays in processing.
3. Submit the Form
You can submit the filled form through either of the following methods:
- In-Person Submission: Submit the duly filled and signed form at the ISP Office (K-Block) during office hours.
- Email Submission: Scan the completed form and send it via email to isp@cuiatd.edu.pk.
4. Account Verification & Activation
- Once the request is received, the IT Services team will verify your details.
- Upon successful verification, your CUIATD.EDU.PK user account will be created.
- Login credentials and account activation instructions will be shared with you through your registered contact information.
Important Guidelines
- Accounts are issued strictly for official and academic purposes.
- Do not share your login credentials (username or password) with anyone.
- In case of any suspicious activity, the university reserves the right to temporarily block or disable the account.
- Accounts will be deactivated if a student, staff, or faculty member leaves the university.
