To facilitate seamless Wi-Fi connectivity, a dedicated Network Helpdesk has been established at Computing and Network Services (CNS), located in F4 (Old Server Room). Employees are encouraged to visit the helpdesk at their earliest convenience to register their Wi-Fi device.
New Wi-Fi Hotspots SSIDs are:
For Employees: CUI-EMPLOYEES-WiFi
For Students: CUI-STUDENTS-WiFi
Please note, the legacy “FYCIIT” Wi-Fi network has been discontinued in September 2025.
The login credentials have been sent to all employees via email. Still if you haven’t get you wifi, you may please visit help desk (F4) for further registration.
