About us
COMSATS Information Technology Services (CITS) is structured into two primary subsections: Internet Service Provider (ISP) and Computing & Network Services (CNS).
CITS is responsible for the whole IT infrastructure and IT services, including high-speed Internet Services, campus-wide Wi-Fi Services, Cloud Computing Services, Storage Services, Video Conferencing, Collaboration Services, AI Services, IT Infrastructure, Multimedia Services, IT Equipment Repair / Maintenance, Computer Labs, Intranet Services, Network Operations, and CCTV Services. IT Billing Management, Liaison with PTA, PTCL, PERN, CIS, for Internet and Numbering Services.

Datacenter Hosting, Cloud-Based Email Services, Cloud Storage Solutions, Artificial Intelligence (AI) Services, Campus-Wide Internet Connectivity, Edge Networking, Cybersecurity and Threat Protection, Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) Services, Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), System Administration Services, Network and Application Performance Monitoring, Video Conferencing Solutions, Turnitin Plagiarism Detection Services, Domain Name System (DNS) Management, Web Hosting Services, Web Application Services, and File Transfer Protocol (FTP) Services

Campus-Wide Local Area Network (LAN) Infrastructure, Network Distribution and Access Layers, Intranet Services, Wireless Network (Wi-Fi) Services, Authentication, Authorization and Accounting (AAA) Services, Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) Services, Directory and Identity Management Services, Licensed Laboratory Software Provisioning, Computer Laboratories, Language Laboratory Facilities, Multimedia and Presentation Services, IT Equipment Repair and Maintenance, IT Asset Management, Audio/Visual Solutions, IT Help Desk and User Support Services, Hardware Laboratory Facilities, and Biometric/RFID-Based Attendance Management Systems.
